Apps for watching specific shows

I'm not much of a tV watcher, but there are a few shows that I'd like to watch. These are:
Homeland
Criminal Minds
Game Of Thrones
Does anyone know of an app/apps that have these shows on them? If there are websites that offer these TV shows, that would work too. I've looked at Hulu, net flicks, and the showtime app, but with the showtime app, you have to be subscribed to the showtime channel, and I don't want to pay $70 for basically 2 or 3 channels.

Homeland (the first season without the third episode, audiodescribed, is available from the System Access Mobile network, and is accessible from the IblinkRadio app for IOS. Same goes for seasons 1-2 (maybe even 3) of Game Of Thrones.
